🔥ปัญหาที่ควรรู้🔥
1.เครื่องซีลไม่ตรง
สาเหตุ 1ใส่ฟิล์มผิด /// วิธีแก้ => ใส่ฟิล์มใหม่
สาเหตุ 2 ฟิล์มใกล้เซนเซอร์เกินไปทำให้เซนเซอร์จับวงกลมแทนแถบสีดำ /// วิธีแก้ =>ขยับฟิล์มออก

2.มอเตอร์หมุนไม่หยุด จากนั้นขึ้น ERROR
สาเหตุ – ด้านหลังเครื่องมีแสงจ้าเกินไป ทำให้เซนเซอร์ไม่สามารถจับแถบสีดำบนฟิล์มได้ /// วิธีแก้ => หาผ้าหรือกระดาษทึบปิดด้านหลัง

3.ใส่แก้วเข้าไปแล้ว ถาดความร้อนไม่ซีลลงมา
สาเหตุ – แผงวงจรมีปัญหาส่วนใหญ่เกิดจากไฟกระชาก ไฟตก /// วิธีแก้ => ส่งกลับมาเปลี่ยนแผงวงจร หรือนำอะไหล่ไปเปลี่ยนเอง (หากตรวจสอบพบว่าเกิดจากไฟตกไฟกระชาก จะไม่อยู่ในประกัน ค่าซ่อมขึ้นอยู่กับความเสียหายของแผงวงจร)

4.ซีลแล้วไม่แน่น
สาเหตุ 1 – ตัวควบคุมอุณหภูมิเสีย /// วิธีแก้ => ส่งกลับมาตรวจสอบ
สาเหตุ 2 – อุณหภูมิการซีลแก้วต่ำไป /// วิธีแก้ => ปรับอุณหภูมิสูงขึ้น 180-190 องศา

5.ซีลแล้วตัดไม่ขาด

  1. Seal Machine Not Aligned
    Cause 1: Incorrect film insertion /// Solution: Insert a new film.
    Cause 2: Film is too close to the sensor, causing the sensor to detect circles instead of black bars /// Solution: Adjust the film position.
  2. Motor Keeps Rotating and Shows ERROR
    Cause: Excessive light at the back of the machine prevents the sensor from detecting black bars on the film /// Solution: Find a cloth or paper to cover the back.
  3. After inserting the glass, the heating tray does not seal down.
    Cause: Most likely a circuit board issue due to power surge or voltage drop /// Solution: Send it back for circuit board replacement or replace the parts yourself (If the problem is determined to be caused by a power surge or voltage drop, it will not be covered by warranty, and the repair cost depends on the extent of the circuit board damage).
  4. Seal is not tight after sealing.
    Cause 1: Temperature controller malfunctioning /// Solution: Send it back for inspection.
    Cause 2: Low temperature during glass sealing /// Solution: Increase the temperature to 180-190 degrees.
  5. Seal is not cutting properly.
    Cause 1: Blade is dirty /// Solution: Clean the blade.
